At GCF, we believe the ultimate goal of spiritual growth is complete surrender to God. Our role as a church family is to help each other make wise choices and face challenges with trust, faith and love.

DISCIPLESHIP PATHWAY

With that goal of surrender in mind, our Discipleship Pathway aims to lead us deeper – deeper into genuine relationship with God, and deeper into mutually supportive relationships with other believers.

Pursuing greater surrender in our relationship with God requires individual and personal commitments from each of us. We believe it’s each individual’s responsibility to:

  • Get Right with God – in an ongoing practice of confession & acceptance of God’s grace
  • Get in the Habit – of worshiping, listening & talking with God
  • Get Alongside – the things God asks you to do

The things we do at GCF aim to help our church family go deeper in their relationships with each other too, so that we are all supporting each other and challenging each other to deepen our individual commitments. As a church we offer events and activities to help you:

  • Get Acquainted with our church family
  • Get Equipped in the basics of Christian faith and the teachings of the Bible
  • Get Together to make new connections and build relationships
  • Get Deeper in our relationships with God and each other

If you’re not sure what it means to begin a relationship with God or whether any of this is relevant to you, Alpha is a great place to ask questions. We run the Alpha film series twice each year, in the spring and in the fall. If you’d like to sign up for our next Alpha or if you’re looking for other ways to be supported in your journey, log in to Church Center. Church Center is our communication center for all our Groups and Events.
